In accordance with the steel door production and assembly standards, the frames are made of 1.5 mm steel profile. At security points, this measure reaches a thickness of 3.5 mm. The frame structure grasps the wall so that there is no gap between the frame and the wall. Our production is done on-site and with special measurements for each door.
Door spans are made of 1.5 mm thick profile and 6.5 mm thickness at security points. The inside of the wing is supported by 1 mm sheet metal.
All metal parts have a wooden appearance with the desired coating. The cold look and texture of the metal has been transformed into an aesthetic and warm look by using 10 mm wood on the case and 10 mm wood on the wing.
Heat and sound insulation material is used between the wing inner sheet and the outer surface furniture.
With the insulation and sealing quality, sound, heat, dust and pest insulation is provided.
In the door assembly, the healthiest mounting system and the steel shafts mounted between each brick on the wall or the method welded to the wall are used. With this system, it is ensured that the door, which is installed, forms a unity with the wall. As a result of the use of a welding system on the doors, the balance of the door is not disturbed due to the fact that the door becomes a whole with the wall, thus eliminating the need for service throughout its life.
The only part that needs service in our doors is the lock system. In the lock system, the warranty period is 5 years. Except for the lock system, hard impacts and scratches, our doors are guaranteed for life.
By adjusting the locking system to two-round turning, the breakage problem encountered in the third round has been eliminated.
Lock cylinders are protected by hardened steel armour against drilling and cutting from the outside.
Locks are a system called a 3-turn monoblock lock (with hooks on the top lock) in the middle and top as standard. Optionally, the so-called central security lock, which provides locking from 13 points with a single key, is used.
180 degree binoculars and door handles are used on the doors as standard. Different colors and types of accessories are optionally applied.
